RISE³is a cooperative effort of TechHelp, USDA Rural Development, the CAES Energy Efficiency Research Institute - Industrial Assessment Center (CEERI-IAC) and the Idaho Office of Energy Resources. RISE³ draws on the resources and expertise of local, state and federal agencies, utility companies and private organizations with expertise in power, buildings, lighting, compressed air, boilers, HVAC, motors, pumps and more.
